Things to do at the Science Centre

Esplora features 200+ interactive and educational exhibits about various scientific topics. These exhibits will show how science is relevant to our daily life and will give an insight into how things actually work. The exhibition consists of exhibits related to various topics including planet earth, sustainable living, the human body, motion, electricity, light, music, engineering, materials, media and telecommunication.

The activity centre is set up in its own building with two floors where visitors can experience science through hands-on activities, theatre, art and music. It features a series of science shows on all kinds of science ranging from a science show about the science of weather and the wonderful science of our human body amongst others. Our audience will be engaged through a set of exciting demonstrations and fun volunteering opportunities which will give them a further insight into the fascinating world of science.

Hands-on workshops for visitors of all ages will be held on the upper floor of the activity centre, where participants will be able to launch rockets, experiment with chemistry, or even code a robot. This year, Esplora is offering a set of new workshops for all students to enjoy a truly hands-on STEAM experience.

Esplora is also proudly presenting a set of new Planetarium shows and its newest addition to the programme, outreach activities. Esplora can come to you with two brand new and fun-filled workshops as well as a shadow puppetry show.
