Effective from 1st January 2026 – School & Group Bookings

To ensure a smoother booking experience and improved service for schools and groups, the following payment arrangements will apply:

• All school and group bookings will be processed via bank transfer, allowing for clear records and efficient administration. Cash payments are not accepted.
• A 50% deposit is required by bank transfer at the time of booking to secure your visit.
• The remaining 50% is payable by bank transfer before or on the day of the visit, with proof of payment presented at the reception desk.
• Schools and groups are also welcome to settle the full amount upon booking for added convenience.
• Please note that all deposits and full payments are non-refundable.
