Around Esplora in 365 days! Have you ever wondered how cool it would be to be able to visit Malta’s Interactive Science Centre? With the launch of our brand-new membership packages, you can visit Esplora anytime you feel like it!
An Individual Annual membership (€30 annually) at Esplora can be recouped in just three visits!
Adults over the age of sixteen can apply for an individual membership which will entitle the named holder to exclusive access to discounts and unlimited visits for one year.

Individual Membership Benefits include:
- Adult (16+) Access: This membership type is only applicable to individual adults over the age of 16 years.
- Free and Unlimited Access to the Main Exhibition building: Enjoy free and unlimited admission to more than two hundred interactive exhibits in the main exhibition building every day of the year.
- EsploraShop Discount: Receive a 10% discount on items you purchase from the EsploraShop. (This discount shall not apply to fossils)
- Free Science Output: Get one FREE science output of your choice every time you visit. (Subject to availability)
An Annual Family membership (€96 annually) will pay for itself after just three visits. As a family comprising of two adults and two children under the age of sixteen, you will be entitled to spend as many family days out at Esplora as you would like, while availing yourself of great savings for a twelve-month renewable period.
Family Membership Benefits include:
- Access for 2 Adults and two children under 16 years of age and living under the same address: This membership is valid for two adults and two children.
- Free and Unlimited Access to the Main Exhibition building: Enjoy free and unlimited admission to more than two hundred interactive exhibits.
- EsploraShop Discount: Receive a 10% discount on items you purchase from the EsploraShop. (This discount shall not apply to fossils)
- Free Science Output: Get one FREE science output of your choice every time you visit. (Subject to availability)
Terms and Conditions
- Add-ons: Any additional services or outputs which members would like to opt for, but which are not included in the membership package would have to be paid for.
- Special Themed Events: Esplora Membership cards may not be used to access the Interactive Science Centre during special themed events. During such events, standard admission fees shall apply, and the membership benefits will not be applicable.
- Membership Validity: Annual memberships are valid for 12 months from the time of purchase. Renewed memberships are valid for 12 months from the original expiry date. Gift membership vouchers expire one year from date of purchase.
- Membership Transferability: All membership cards shall be strictly issued in the name and for the exclusive use of the named membership holder. Membership will not be transferable under any circumstance, and membership owners will be requested to present valid membership cards or IDs upon entry. The card cannot be donated, sold, or transferred. Copies of membership cards are not valid for admission.
- Other Offers: Membership passes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or ticket types e.g., school visits, group visits, special events or private parties.
- Lost or Stolen Cards: If your card is either lost or stolen, please inform us and we will issue you with a replacement card against a €5 fee.
- No Refund Policy: All memberships sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.
