Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility:

• The Family & Friends Bundles are available to all visitors, including families, friends and groups;
• Each bundle is valid for a specific number of participants as mentioned in the bundle description above.

Purchase and Redemption:

• Family & Friends Bundles can only be purchased in-person at the ESPLORA reception;
• The bundle must be redeemed on the same day of purchase;
• The Family & Friends Bundles cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, vouchers or used during special events. Please be aware that these bundles are only valid with regular ticket-pricing and cannot be used when ticket prices surpass the standard rate.

Bundle Components:

• The bundle includes admission tickets only for the specified number of individuals, as mentioned in the bundle description;
• Add-ons may be included at the relevant charge.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• Refunds or cancellations for Family & Friends Bundles are not available once the purchase has been made, nor can they be transferred or redeemed at the EsploraShop &/or Esploracafé.
