Esplora is absolutely thrilled to finally announce the exhilarating arrival of a racing car simulator which promises to deliver an immersive virtual racing experience.
Would you like to feel the adrenaline rush typically associated with racing car driving and put your coordination skills to the test! Then slip in the driver’s seat, buckle up, choose your gear, and press that accelerator to experience racing on a real track. What is the best lap time you can achieve? Do you think you could dominate your opponents and become Esplora’s racing champion? It’s time to show off your gaming prowess and compete against fellow enthusiasts!
The racing car simulator which will be permanently exhibited at Esplora is expected to push the boundaries of simulated car racing whilst enhancing the overall engagement of our youth and adult visitors. This new addition is an absolute game-changer that will undoubtedly resonate with all Motorsport fans and appeal to anyone who enjoys trying out new experiences.
The Racing Car simulator is an optional add-on available to Esplora Science Centre visitors.
Use of the Racing Car simulator will be subject to a surcharge in addition to the Esplora entrance fee.
The F1 simulator operates on a pay-per-use basis. Visitors will have the opportunity to modify the duration of their experience in 5-minute increments.
A 15-minute session will cost the user €9 in total.
The minimum height required to use the simulator is 150cms (4’11”).
Safety regulations and Code of Conduct:
All users must adhere to the safety regulations provided by Esplora members of staff.
Any inappropriate behaviour which might adversely affect the safety or enjoyment of other visitors or of members of staff, failure to follow instructions, or risk of damage to the simulator may result in immediate termination of the session without the possibility of a refund.
No refunds will be issued in respect of prepaid sessions which have not been fully consumed.
All efforts will be made to resolve any technical issues or simulator malfunctions which may arise, however if this is not immediately possible, the user will be given the option to reschedule the session. Refunds will be issued solely at the management’s discretion.
Health Restrictions: Persons who have recently undergone surgery are advised not to use the simulator as the movement could aggravate their condition. Esplora Science Centre reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes made will be posted online and updated signs will be made available to visitors.
