On the 26th of October 2016 Esplora opened it’s doors as Malta’s first Interactive Science Centre. Over 200 exhibits are housed in the main exhibition halls and landscaped gardens, making the science centre fun, and engaging to all groups. In addition, there is an exciting Activity Centre where visitors can engage in hands-on workshops and watch fun science shows, bringing science closer to society and narrowing the gap between the science and the human worlds.
At Esplora there are various people coming from several STEM fields. This diversity encourages innovation and creativity in our activities and events which aim to instill a culture of scientific curiosity.
