It’s Science Week Bonanza at Esplora this week (11th to 16th August 2020)! Here are some exciting activities that we have in store for you. All these activities will be scheduled at different times during the day.
Body Wonders: An interesting Science Show that helps you discover what goes on inside your body. Answer questions such as: What happens to the food we eat? How is food processed through our digestive system?
Pump Up the Volume: A fantastic Science Show that is all about making sounds and exploring different instruments! See, feel and hear the vibrations that we produce every day. Partake in this wonderful show and you will learn more about sound.
Beautiful Bubbles: Created especially for the Little Explorers, this mini bubble show is so much fun! Ideal for kids aged 3 to 5 years, this interactive Science Show features bubbles of all sizes, going up, this way, that way and all over the place. Find out what bubbles are made of and how they are formed.
Sub-Zero Icecream – Esplora’s team has been busy testing out icecream recipes just for you. But we’re not just making icecream! We’re cooling it with liquid nitrogen. That way we will have a ready to eat icecream in only 2 minutes. Not only does this icecream look amazing, but its smooth texture makes it taste divine! This science demonstration will be available from Wednesday 12th August till Sunday 16th August.
Wheel of Fortune: Science has no limits! That is why this wonderful show is full of curious and interesting experiments! But, what you get to see and participate in, depends entirely on the Wheel of Fortune. This show is a unique experience every time!
Food for Thought: Have you ever wondered whether fruit and vegetables float or sink? Do you know what makes them behave that way? And can we change this outcome? This show, held in the EsploraCafe, is not only interesting but so much fun! Help us investigate bouyancy and so much more…
