The Bighi peninsula is seeing a restoration…
Esplora’s buildings restoration and construction at the West side of the Bighi promontory are moving at a very good pace.
With site clearance and bulk excavations activities complete, the construction is pivoting around the restoration to the external fabric of the historical buildings. This meticulous process is providing hard earned results bringing back to life existing historical walls and floors whilst remaining faithful to the original features. This significant progress is now visually noticeable even to the untrained eye.
The construction work will soon see the majority of the restoration complete and move swiftly into the first stage of finishing activities. These buildings cannot wait to receive the vibrant atmosphere and inpsirational hands-on exhibits currently being designed to detail and uniquely built for Esplora and its spaces.
