Esplora Concession Cards are available to help our visitors who require extra assistance due to a condition or disability and who do not possess a Yellow Disability Card or an EU Disability Card.
The Esplora Concession Card allows the visitor to enter Esplora and enjoy any additional activities at the disabled ticket price and also allows them to bring one (1) adult carer free of charge.
The Esplora Concession Card removes the need for the visitor and carer to wait within the main queuing areas whenever possible. Our team will ensure that an alternative solution is provided.
Esplora Concession Cards can be accessed in either of the ways below:

2. Apply for the Esplora Concession Card in person by bringing along one (1) of the following documents:
Esplora will not retain or copy any of the documentation provided, this information is required for the application process only.
To reduce queuing on the day of visit, the applicant does not have to be present at Esplora to apply for the card, a carer can complete the process on their behalf providing they have the ID card of the applicant along with the relevant documentation. Bring your card with you each and every time you visit to enjoy the full benefits and ensure that your visit to Esplora is as comfortable as possible.
If you lose your card you will have to re-apply. Keep your application documentation safe so that it can be used again if still valid.
