Government enables free Transport to Esplora to all State Schools in a bid to make students more engaged with science

The Ministry for Education and Employment (MEDE) in collaboration with Esplora Interactive Science Centre launched a scheme in which State Schools booking a visit to Esplora will have their transport funded by MEDE. This scheme, which will kick off as from January 2020, will be in line with Esplora’s mission to make Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) subjects more accessible to all students.

Esplora’s Educational Programme offers a variety of curriculum-related educational activities. The programme can be accessed and downloaded from this website. Bookings for schools can be made by sending an email to the Booking Office on bookings@esplora.org.mt or by calling on 2360 2299.

This initiative was made possible by the support of the Minister for Education and Employment Evarist Bartolo, Permanent Secretary Dr Francis Fabri and MCST’s Executive Chairman Dr Jeffrey Pullicino Orlando.
