It’s time to blast off into space with Esplora’s fun-packed activity that will kick-start the week leading to the Easter school holidays. Save the date for Space Exploration Spree, an exciting event aimed for children between the ages of 5 to 10 years. Together we will watch a space-themed live show at the EsploraPlanetarium and also participate in an amusing hands-on workshop.
Space Exploration Spree will be held in the EsploraPlanetarium building on Sunday 2nd April 2023 starting at 9am and ending at 1pm. Children will be welcomed with some refreshments and the price ticket also includes a light lunch at the end of the event.
Activities
Wonders of the Night Sky – Join us on a journey from Earth to the far reaches of the solar system. Wonders of the Night Sky is an interactive live show where the next destination is in your hands. Ask questions, visit different moons and planets and if you’re lucky enough, you might make some egg-citing discoveries! Special surprise for the children: Enjoy the show but stay alert. Count all the eggs that you see on the Planetarium screen and at the end of the show, hand in your answer to someone from Esplora’s team. During lunch, 2 lucky winners will win a special gift! Children needs to be accompanied by 1 adult during this show.
3,2,1 Lift off!! – Join us for this fantastic new show! Do you love rockets? Are you ready to craft your own rocket and launch it up and away? This exciting activity will surely blow you away as you explore the fascinating science behind rocket launches.
