The exhibition spaces are beginning to take shape. The sunken ship in this photo is part of the outdoor play area aimed specifically for ages 2 – 8 year olds to explore and make their own adventures. The content team at Esplora planned and designed this play area to offer the children an exciting outdoor landscape where learning occurs effortlessly.
This ship will encourage the children to role play, have a go at pulley systems, observe wind direction, make a connection between what they are doing and the real boats in the grand harbour, as well as use their bodies to climb, balance and reach.
We can’t wait to see how much fun children are going to have playing here.
