The Esplora team were thrilled to show off the Esplora buildings and surrounding grounds to Malta’s US Ambassador G. Kathleen Hill.
Although the entrance areas still have some uneven grounds our buildings are begging to host our first visitors. The potential of Esplora as a world class Science Centre can already be witnessed by visiting the exhibits installed on the exhibition floor.
After her visit US Ambassador G. Kathleen Hill had this to say…
“Esplora is a wonderful initiative that will bring science to the people by offering interactive exhibits that both educate and entertain. The principles of science and technology are often thought of as complicated and, let’s face it, boring. A facility like Esplora can show everyone, especially children, that science and technology can be fun and exciting. I’m particularly excited about the planetarium – I love looking at the stars at night and the planetarium offers a way to not only look at the stars, but know them by name and understand their dance across the skies.”
